Leadership

Several leadership courses will be scheduled throughout the year.

We are currently running a Rugby Leadership Award (ages 14 - 18 years) at Cedars Upper School,Mentmore Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU72AE on Tuesday 1 September 2010 from 9.30am - 4.00pm.

Junior Boot Camp

Led by a fully qualified Gym Instructor, offering exercise in a group environment, whilst simultaneously providing many of the benefits of personal training.

The varied programme is deliberately sequenced to avoid the tedium of normal training regimes and will incorporate gym equipment, circuit-training, boxercise, jogging/powerwalking around Tiddenfoot Lake, weights, stretching and more!

Basic Information:

Each camp lasts 6 weeks
Age: 13+ years Male/Female
Sign-up for one camp at a time
No joining fee
Full fitness assessment at the beginning and at the end included
Tuesdays and Fridays 4.00 - 5.00pm
