Boot Camp
IMPROVING FITNESS IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME
Led by a fully qualified Gym Instructor, offering exercise in a group environment, whilst simultaneously providing many of the benefits of personal training.
The varied programme is deliberately sequenced to avoid the tedium of normal training regimes. There will be opportunities for using 'Harpers Gym' equipment, circuit-training, boxercise, jogging/powerwalking around Tiddenfoot Lake, weights, stretching and more!
Basic Information:
- Boot Camp lasts 4 weeks
- Sign-up for one camp at a time
- No joining fee
- Full fitness assessment at the beginning and at the end included
- From 6.30am - 7.30am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
