Funding available for Cedars Upper School and Vandyke Upper School Students

'Step into Coaching Scheme'

Would you like to become a qualified sports coach or official?

Are you participating in a Cedars Coaching Academy course and aged 16 - 19?

The School Sport Partnership has secured funding, from Extended Services, to run the 'Step into Coaching Scheme'. Students can apply for funding to attend any coaching or officiating course. In return, you will be required to voluntarily coach a set number of hours in schools, clubs or youth clubs.

The main driving force behind Cedars Coaching Academy is

and thanks to their continued generosity we have available each year a limited number of scholarships.

These bursaries are only available to Cedars students and will be in the form of whole or part payment towards a coaching course.

Anyone wishing to apply for a scholarship should email the following information to the Academy Director:-
